Click the Groups button in the main menu.
1. Click the Create a new group link
2. Name the group and write a short description about the features and aims of the group
3. Set the visibility of the group (public/closed/private) and upload a picture
4. After craeting the group, you can further edit the settings of the group
5. You can invite your friends to join the group you have created
